Rajasthan or Bust

Very quick note, seeing as I have five hours until my taxi comes to pick up the Flying Martinis to take us to the airport and I still have washing in the tumble dryer.

See you in a day or so for the first of the Indian Misssives.

To recap: the Flying Martinis, nineteen teenagers, three teachers, three weeks, schooltrip, India.

There will be stories.

Oh yes, there WILL be stories....

What kind of mega poshy school goes to India for their school trip? The furthest we got was Belgium :-(

Sweet Jesus, you're braver than most. Looking forward to the tales!

The furthest we got was the Commonwealth Institute in London. And a trip to the Isle of Wight.

Enjoy!

My school took us to Paris, right in the second week of the bin men being on strike there. I've never been back.

Bring me back a stick of Rock.

I got a school trip to Holland, but India sounds far more exciting. Enjoy, or at least do not go crazy.

Furthest i got with my school was the West Country and Minehead. Butlins, to be precise. Kids of today are just plain spoilt.

C'mon, Gillian! It's July 16th already! You've been gone for ages! Stop shirking and post something!

Hello my dears, I am not dead.

Sorry about the no posts- Raj is mental and internet hard to come by- have lots to tell and I hope some time to do it in the next couple of days. India is a strange place to get your head round and to be honest it's probably just as well I've had time to mull it over before I post. Still I am alive and will report back in a wee while.

I need to stop reading this. It's only 10:45am and I now want a chicken chasni with fried rice!
